MELISSA - Medical + RIS / PACS

SOFICOL has developed an interactive healthcare system tool for evaluation and diagnosis of diseases, called MELISSA.

1. Management of Patient Health Records

  1. Basic information for each patient (personal data, healthcare provider, etc.).
  2. Medical patient information.
  3. Consultation data (reasons for consultation, diagnosis, etc.)
  4. Attached files (laboratory results, X-rays, prescriptions, etc.)
  5. Integration with available healthcare provider drug administration/ treatment platforms.

2. Integration Based on Medical Images

  1. Modules: Allow visualizing digital images associated to patients in the database to create an image bank by patient and by specialty.
  2. Images: Can be used for medical or academic consultation.

3. Diagnosis and Counseling Platform

  1. Generation of automatic diagnostics and related treatments via proprietary algorithms. Allows the transmission of patient’s information and related images in real time using Health Level 7 (HL7).
  2. This information can be visualized from anywhere in the world to provide immediate specialized care.
